Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection , Headache And Fatigue

I have complete non air passage in left sinus with stuffiness , drainage , headache and fatigue. have been taking OTC generic Zyrtec for days with no success. Today, during church I placed Visine -A in my left eye due to itching, watering and so forth. After leaving church I went to see my Mother in Hospital and noticed my left pupil was greatly dilated which freaked me out and vision was fuzzy. I did have my contacts on when drops placed in (L) eye which I no is a no no , but guilty ... It has reduced down to normal size some , but not completely. Is this normal when sinus infection possibly present to have pupil dilated to some extinct? It kinda freaks me out . Right now my left sinus in so clogged really bad and slight headache . Then again it could be due to the use of the VisineA.. Respectfully, Myra Henry

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have sinusitis and headache. You should take anti histaminic drugs like chlorpheneremine malate or cetrizine or you csn steroids. If needed you should also take antibiotics like augmentine or levofloxacin. Don't worry about your pupil dilatation. It may be due to some other cause and it will come back to normal.
