Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection , Stuffy Nose And Headache

I live in Pittsburgh,PA. I can not get my sinuses to drain. It is very humid here. Everyone is suffering with stuffy noses and headaches. I had a very bad reaction to methipredlosone. It left a black webbed shadow in my right eye. When I was diagnosed with a sinus infection. I had a recent CT Scan and it did not reveal any sinus infection. I have been going to a chiropractor to open the sinuses. Have you heard of a severe reaction to the above drug? What can I do naturally to get the sinuses to drain? I am currently using Sudafed pharmacy strength and Flonase.
