Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

hello, just about 2 weeks ago i had the sinus infection. Well, what i thought was a sous infection. I woke up today sick again-non stop headache, swollen glands, ear pains, and sore throat. But this time i feel much much worse. I m exhausted and tired and my headache is just killing me. I ate at noon and then at 4-7 took a nap. When i woke up at 7, i went to go eat. I was online to get stir fry and i got really uncomfortably hot- so i took off my jacket. My vision goes blurry, i could only see figures. I also got a weird stomach striking pain. I felt like I was going to faint in any moment. I stumbled outside in the cold, to get fresh air. I sat down and my vision and everything went away. I stayed out side for a good 5 minutes and saw how i was fine and i went back to go eat.
