First you need to know infection is caused by which organism or is it non infective type having some structural defect. For now treat this episode according to culture & sensitivity report. You need to go for culture & sensitivity by a reliable microbiology lab and by a qualified MD Microbiology doctor. Show the report to your physician and follow his guidelines.
