Suggest Treatment For Sinus Pressure And Cough

Hi I have had sinuses pressure for 3 days and at night with a cough. The first night a sore throut but that is gone now. I was using a nasel rinse and taking Claritin and drinking tea. At night using Vicks. Tonight it s just my right sie sinus is swollen my right eye is red and feels swollen I had to take out my contact. Nothing is relieving it and tonight my cough is back its deep and making me throw up mostly mucus. Is its just a cold is there more I could do ? I have high blood pressure so I know there are not a lot of Meeds. Should I go see a doc in the am?

Hello,

Yes, I think you should see your primary doctor to rule out possible pneumonia or other more serious lung infection taking into account you are currently having other multiple health problems like high blood pressure. Meanwhile, take paracetamol, do Aerosol therapy, apply cold balm on chest and upper back at night.
