Suggest Treatment For Sinus Pressure Headaches

It started last week Thursday with Sinus pressure headaches and then started Sunday which I felt very tired ALL day long, and my lower back hurting. All of these symptoms have continued, but now as of yesterday I have had a fever of 100 degrees. Do I need to see a doctor or just a flu?
