Suggest Treatment For Sinus Pressure In Ear
I feel as if there is sinus pressure/blockage in my ear, what is used to treat this? I take zyrtec daily and recently went off antibiotics for a sinus infection, but my ear is still cloggy, and my voice is still mucus filled throughout the day. suggestions?

Hello,
There could be residual sinus infection , so the phlegm which is falling behind in the throat causing the voice problems.
If you have sinus infection You need to take nasal steroid and normal saline nasal sprays , these sprays will decrease the inflammation and decrease the mucus production .
The voice will improve with that.
You need not take oral medicines .
The nasal sprays will act in the nose and have no systemic effects, so can be used for long time.
In doubt do reply.
