Hi Doctor! I 'm 39 yrs old. I hv sinus problem since many years. I went for a digital x ray nasal sinuses and the report is nasal septum is in midline.
Bilateral nasal turbinates hypertrophied.
Bilateral maxillary sinus hazy
Other paranasal sinus clear
Bony margins intact
Imp: Bilateral Maxillary Sinusitis

Start Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal drop ,Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast ,
ofloxacin+ornidazole combination for 10-15 days.
