General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many drugs that can be used in patients with sinus tachycardia.
On the other hand, it is best to wait for the results of the Holter monitor and the stress test.
The results of these tests will further determine which is would be the best management for your son.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
