My age is 40 i am a female not married yet i have sinus and migraine problem so i take homeopathic medicine from the homeo Dr. now better feeling now but my periods are irregular. now i am getting married in january what can i do for my regular periods

So your female hormones are also reduced.
This is the likely reason for your irregular menses.

You may need hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
