Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis Maxillary Disease And Dizziness

hello i am a 51 year old woman i have a pituitary tumor ,i have Protactinium,, i don t know if this has anything to do with my symptoms, I also have sinusitis maxillary disease, i have polyps in my sinus front of forehead , and at the same time i was diagnosed with that i was also diagnosed with a 2,,, 4mm nodule on my right lung and ,,19mm adrenal nodule ,,For the last week 2 weeks i have been feeling sick to my stomach nausea, with small amounts of bile coming up, headache slight dizziness , a little foggy neurologically ,, and most of all my eyesight has become somewhat worse, i went to the er they took blood said my blood work was good, they did not want to do another ct scan of my head because i recently had one and i am scheduled for am MRI on the 15 of august..so they sent me home,, please help.
