Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis

HI, I have had sinusitis now for 3months Local doc has tried everything over 4 visits so then had allery test and I was high ly allergic to plantain and birch also cats and dogs I do not have pets. I am taking Zetop am and evening at the moment. Still have sinus. I am trying to leave wheat products and all antioxidant food colouring etc out of my diet also tomatoes and carrots. Maybe Im a little better What do you think I should do re diet?
