Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis

Hi there. I was dxd with chronic ethmoid sinusitis a few months ago via sinus CT scan My symptoms have not gotten better infact they are worse. My vision is becoming impaired as well.. Can an ethmoid sinusitis easily lead to a sphenoid?? Would you suggest a head CT and or cultures for fungus? I also have a nasal polyp. Thank you.

Nasla polyp may be the triggering factor for your sinusitis. Please consult ENT Surgeon who can guide you based on your CT Scan, they are the best people to take decision whether your polyp is culprit for sinusitis. If not they may put you on anti allergic and antihistaminic course so that you are relieved of your symptoms.
