Hi,thank you for posting your query in Health care magic .
Looking at your symptoms,Allergy might have role in the Sinusitis.
In case of
chronic sinusitis, you may find relief by taking Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory(like Ibuprofen),Antacid(like Rantac),Anti-histaminic(like Cetrizine),Oral Decongestant if you are not suffering from Hypertension(like containing
Phenylephrine),Nasal decongestant drops (like containing
Oxymetazoline)(not to be used for more than 7-10 days as they may cause rebound congestion in the nose),Mucolytic(like Ambroxol),Saline
nasal spray and Steroid nasal spray(like containing Mometasone)(it you have not used before).
I am not advising you antibiotics as you have already used them.
Also take following life-style measures:Do steam inhalation.Drink lots of fluids(warm).Avoid cold, oily and very sweet food as they increase mucus production.Avoid dust, smoke and other pollutants. You may use mask when exposed to pollutants.Hot tea with ginger, lemon and honey might help.
If even after taking the above measures, your complains are not improving, then you might get relief by a surgery by an Otolayngologist called Endoscopic
sinus Surgery after evaluation of your sinuses by CT Scan.It is a minimal invasive surgery by help of an endoscope in which the obstructions in your sinus openings is removed and opening are enlarged for drainage of secretions and ventilation.
Hope this answers your question.Get well soon.
