Suggest Treatment For Skin Abrasions On Tailbone Between Buttocks
My husband at his the end of the tailbone, between his cheeks, several (3) dime size abrasions, no skin which is leaving the area raw. He is getting several pain from this affection. I am been applying hydrocordisone 2.5 % (Protocol) & have tried other creams but to no avail, please advise. Thank you.

It seems that due to perspiration and difficult to maintain local hygiene might have some local skin infection like dermatitis or soreness giving this problem.
Clean the part properly with running water, clean and apply triple action cream.
If soreness or irritation is more, go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
