Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergies With Lumps On Thighs

I have ezcema only in the winter, nothing I use is helping & I have many skin allergies including lanolin. The lotion the doctor prescribed has caused the ezcema to get worse & and caused swollen lumps on my thighs. Itching keeping me awake at night. Am so desperate I'm considering trying a sunbed. Any suggestions please?
