Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i am having skin allergy from the past 3,4 years. I was very careless about it, i used to apply fourderm for itching and it helped me. That s why i didn t visited the doctor. But from the last 2 months my allergy is getting worst. Bcause water is coming from it. I consulted 2,3 doctors they told me to apply Permethrin cream, i applied it and some more tablets and cream. but it didn t cured. Then I consulted another doctor which is very good in our town she told me i m having scabies and gave the same cream and one more cream to apply along with 20 days tablet. But it didn t cure. What should I do know? How can i get of this scabies? Its getting worse day by day.
If you have scabies then a proper course of anti parasitic medicine like Ivermectin should be taken along with the topical application of Permethrin. So my suggestion is to consult a Dermatologist or an Infectious medicine specialist and get evaluated. You will be advised oral medicine along with topical ointment for relief.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
