But m not satisfied with his diagnosis bcz initially it is cured but now it is again came back and itchy also. Thanks for the query, You are dealing with the condition called 'urticaria'. It has multiple cause like certain foods, medications, or infections. Insect bites and internal disease...Identify the cause of it, if possible and restrict it... The most important in this treatment is continuous intake of medicine once you start the treatment which usually lasts 2-3 months...one should be on the maintenance dose even if he does'nt experience any symptom during the course, for the complete remission of disease... Take second-generation antihistamines include fexofenadin 180 / levocetirizine 10mg for two weeks... You may titrate the dose to 4 times if the symptoms are not relieved... You may refer to any dermatologist but remember the key is to have faith in your doc and adherence to the treatment which he/she advice you... Thanks
