Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection Despite Using Calamine Lotion
I am having some skin problem.I thought it is due to more sweat because of summer. I met doctor and she prescribed me few tablets and lotion called calamine Liquid parafine. But from last wednesday I am using and still it is there. What should I do for speedy recovery?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of skin infection, not responding to Calamine lotion which could be due to blockage of pores of skin with dead bacteria and dust. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to give daily application of Glycolic acid 6 percent and retino a cream vera your skin. Take diet rich in vitamin E. Drink plenty of water. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on scars. Don't use any cosmetics and hard substances on face. You should exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. You can apply aloe vera gel on them as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
