Suggest Treatment For Skin Rashes And Bumps In A Child

My baby is 1 month and she s allergic to most shampoos she breaks out with some bad rashes and bumps they are so bad she can t sleep I took her to the dr and she said to use hypoallergenic shampoo but it doesn t help I would choose not to take her a bath but she loves it what can use to help the rashes and bumps disappear

Thanks for the query.
Try using syndet for your baby instead of shampoo.
Try some emollient after consulting with your doctor.
Avoid irritants which is causing the rash.
For better diagnosis i need to see the photo of the rash.
