Suggest Treatment For Skin Sensitivity, Soreness In Kidney Area And Chronic EBV

Recently diagnosed with chronic EBV. 2009 - 2011 bit by tics receiving rocky mountain spotted fever, Erlichiosis, and limes. Having migrating sensitive skin without rash now getting into muscles and organs. H&H 17 & 52. Labs a mess. Kidneys sore but no enlargement of organs. 2 of Liver enzymes a little high. Any ideas?
