My wheelchair bound 18 year old son, has been having problems with his skin in the thigh area, he had been treated for a fungal infection to that area and now he has what appears to be skin tears that bleed, what would you recommend for me to do. I have been putting on Neosporin over the raw area and than I put Desitan diaper rash paste, do you have any other recommendations?
