As per my clinical experience, the issue is not that of
sleep apnea, but rather work shift disturbances of sleep wake cycle. Guidelines for better recovery:
- Try to change the shift if possible, which is the only surest way to handle it nicely with 100% results
- Regular 8 hours uninterrupted sleep during day
- Balanced nutritious diet
- Plenty of liquids
- Avoid
smoking, alcohol or any recreational drugs, cocaine consumption if applicable
- Avoid
stress and anxiety
- Prescription of molecules such as
Melatonin (3 mg) or else as per the choice of your consultant
