Suggest Treatment For Sleep Apnea Not Responding To C-Pap And Bi-Pap Therapies

My husband s doctor (sleep study) is dismissing him because they can no longer help him. They have tried c-pap, bi-pap and neither seems to help my husband. His doctors are at a loss as to my husband s next step in treatment. He is under a cardiologist s care and has afib but not heart related. He can breath in but does not exhale completely so he can flat line for a few seconds. What doctor do you recommend for him to see. Thanks, La
