Suggest Treatment For Sleepiness And Fatigue

Lately, I ve been feeling very tired and sleeping very unusual hours. Yesturday I slept for a total of sixteen hours and when i woke up I still felt the need to go to sleep. On top of that, in the middle of the night I get sharp pains in my knees that wake me up. My hands have been getting numb as well. Overall my body constantly aches, I ve got mild headaches and sometimes I don t even want to get out of bed. What could possibly be wrong? It doesn t seem normal that I would ache constantly and feel the need to sleep all the time, even when I ve gotten plenty of rest.

Visit Physician to rule out any other problem which might cause tiredness. could be due to less blood or hormonal problem.

seems like sleep wake cycle is disturbed and needs to be reset. sleep hygiene is something very important that has to be followed to be fit. have some physical activity like exercise/ jogging. sleep for 6-8 hrs.
