Suggest Treatment For Sleeping Difficulty In An Infant

Hi. My name is Brittany. I have a 14 month daughter that has trouble sleeping threw out the night. Some days she don t go to sleep unless she is in mine and my husbands bed with us, and other nights she will sleep on her own until about 3am. Today we were at Walmart and I saw Zarbee s sleep for children 3+. Is there anyway she could take that to help sleep just with a lower dose. Or is there any thing else I can try. We give her children tylonal before bed but it doesn t seem to help. I ve tried putting a heating pad in with her and that wasn t any help either. I m out of ideas. Me and hubby would like our bed back from our little bed hog.

Hello,

I don't think you should give her sleep aids. I can suggest you use behavioural therapy trying to rearrange the sleeping schedule, making her sleepless by day and sending her in the playground to get tired and play in order to sleep better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
