Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Normally a person of your age should sleep for around 7-8 hours.
I would suggest you to fix your routine like your time of sleeping, eating, working etc.
Manage your time accordingly.

If this would not help you, you can visit a psychiatrist. For hypersomnia, drugs like provigil can be used which are psychostimulants and keep you alert. But the has to be taken only under doctor's supervision.

Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
