Hello,

Most common cause of pain at multiple joint specially can be arthritis at your age. There are various other reasons like rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, anemia, vitamin D deficiency etc., which can lead to such problems. I shall advise following to have relief:
-Take a good analgesic like Advil or Aleve for relief
-Apply a local liniment for relief
-Start doing exercises
-There are some supplements like glucosamine, chondroitin and collagen supplements which can help in relieving your problem
-You may have complete blood examination including CBC, ESR, serum uric acid, thyroid function test, RA factor titer and X-ray of affected part to know about reason behind it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
