Hello and welcome to HCM,
Symptoms of
nausea,
fatigue, loss of appetite, headache, painful knee, lump on right side of neck and red colored
rash on face are suggestive of a viral infection.
Symptomatic treatment is required.
In case there is
fever, you can take anti-pyretic to control the fever, pain killer to control pain, etc.
An aspiration cytology of the neck swelling needs to be done.
In aspiration cytology, cells are aspirated from the swelling using a fine needle.
The aspirated cells are spread on a glass slide and stained with appropriate stains.
The cells are studied microscopically to determine the nature of the lesion.
A X-ray of knee needs to be done to look for presence of any effusion.
In case effusion is present, the fluid needs to be aspirated for microscopic examination.
Wait for the result of blood examination.
Viral infection is characterised by elevated
lymphocyte count.
Thanks and take care
