Hello Doctor, I am suffering from Slip disc for Lower Back I have done MRI ( Report Remark -  Diffuse disc bulge noted at L4-L5, mildly indenting both traversing nerve roots.  L5-S1 disc appears desiccated and shows broad based posterior central disc herniation, indenting both traversing nerve roots.) My doctor had suggested me some Back Exercise & Medicine for a month Can you please suggest treatment?
