Suggest Treatment For Slow Heart Rate And Grade 4 Heart Murmur
I am female, 37 years old. 6ft tall and weigh 210lbs. I have been diagnosed with severe pericarditis and have to undergo 6 weeks treatment of anti-inflammatory drugs, yet i am also presenting symptoms of tietze syndrome - a condition i have previously been diagnosed with. I had a mild heart attack 2 months ago. I also have a grade 4 heart murmur and a slow heart rate (60-69 bpm). I'm in pain and wanted advice on how to manage it please.

Ibuprofen or naproxen can help against the pain.
Anyway, if the chest pain is triggered by physical activity, I recommend going to the ER for a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes in order to investigate for coronary artery disease.
