Suggest Treatment For Small Blisters On The Inner Thigh Area

I have a small blister that is located in my lower inner thigh that I just noticed last night. I have none near my genital area at all and never had anything like this before. I know having an exam is best but I don t have insurance right now. So what I want to know is, is it herpes? I don t know what else could cause a very small blister.
