Suggest Treatment For Small Blood Blisters On The Skin

I have been on a strict diet, detoxing all sugars and toxins from my body for 8 days now, I noticed some red dots in a downward v shape line and two fluid filled blisters on top of that 2 days ago. They disn t itch but we re hot and felt a burning sensation. I immediately put lavender oil on it and the next morning the v shaped line was gone but the blisters were larger and have grown since. What could this be?

Hello,
Based on the description of your skin rash, it is most likely to be herpes zoster. I would advice you to show to a local dermatologist as soon as possible so that the Dr may start antiviral medication immediately. timely treatment will also help in preventing a complication associated with the condition called as post herpetic neuralgia. in the meantime, avoid touching the rash and also stay away from people who have never got chicken pox as this is contagious.
It is a wise decision to take good quality proteins and vegetables while you are on a diet to maintain good immunity.
