For quite some time now, probably a couple years I have had what looks like bruises on the top of both my breast they almost follow the lining of my bra, some days the marks are darker and some they are lighter just recently the bruise looking marks have gotten darker and seem to be getting more.
I have noted the contents of your post and my observations based on successful treatment for similar patients are
1 Most probably you are having bruises as a result of pressure of the straps of undergarments. This happens because of continuous rubbing and elastic nature of the straps and is fairly common occurrence.
2 i would advise patients presenting with such a condition to consider using different material or even a different shape or size of the undergarment so that the rubbing of skin repeatedly on the same sites can be minimized. It works in almost all patients. others have to be instructed to consider alternatives to this like using some other kind of support to allow healing to occur.
3 You might consider using a mild steroid containing cream to let lesions clear up fast. Hydrocortisone could be a good choice.
I belive this helps you regain normal skin soon
