Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps Inside Vaginal Opening

So I had discovered there were small bumps inside my vagibak opening. I had always had a few and after sexual intercourse the amount didn t really change at all. Then just recently I had sexual intercourse again (with the same partner) and we ve used condoms each time (4 all together) and after the most recent 2 times of sexual intercourse with him, the small bumps have seemed to spread more and some have gotten a bit bigger but all are remaining the same link color. It only hurts to Urinate if it gets almost dry in my vulva and the bumps inside the vaginal opening don t hurt but more less have a discomforting feeling and and almost like and itch feeling but not exactly so. They haven t spread outside of my vagibal opening but there are a few pink small bumps on the inside of my right lip in the vulva which definitely itch. I have also discovered a bump on the inside cheek of my anus by the hole. I believe it is to be a wart but I am not for certain. If is skin colored and bleeds when picked at. What are the things and what are the best options of treatment?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Itchy bumps can be folliculitis (hair bed infection) most likely. Warm compress, applying antibiotics creams and taking vitamin C supplements will be helpful. If there is burning sensation and more rashes then genital herpes should be ruled out by doing blood test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nishad BN
