Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My niece had small bumps appear in her armpits and it has gradually gotten worse and are now red with a white head. They have spread to her knees. What is this? What would treatment be and what causes it? Her pediatrician said it was a virus. What kind of virus? Why wouldn t they prescribe an antibiotic? Really concerned because it s spreading. She was at my parents all weekend and fine Sunday right before she went home she started itching again. Is this stress related? Thank you
