Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Penis Shaft

Hi there , yes I keep getting little tiny black stone type bits under skin around my penis just under the head of penis around the area of circumcision under flaps of skin or in crevises , they make penis inflame and itch but if I squeeze em out or pick them out its fine after that. The swelling and itching goes ? Any feedback on how or why these occur and how to prevent would be appreciated ?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the description, it appears that you could be having infection of the skin around the penis.
Kindly do the following to overcome the symptoms.
1. Wash the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon thrice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin with hydrocortisone cream over the lesions.
3. Take Tablet.Levocetrizine once a day to control itching.
4. Wear loose fitting underwear to provide proper ventilation and avoid friction in the affected area.
5. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
Maintain clean and good personal hygiene.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside and you should feel better.
