Suggest Treatment For Small Cut On Penis
I am 54 years old. I am diabetic. I have a cut in my penis. There is no irritation or itching but d cut is not getting cured although I am applying Betadine ointment. I am having pain while erecting and the cut is getting worse if having sex and it is painful then. Advice what to do.

Cut on penis with history of diabetes may take time to heal due to poor sugar control, bacteria or other pathogen may cause superinfection and delayed healing
I would advise you the check your blood sugar and try to keep it under strict control
If it doesn't heal with betadine ointment than you may require a course of antibiotics under supervision
