Suggest Treatment For Small Itchy Cuts On Perineum
I ve been having small cuts in my perineum and it itches, no odor, it started after my period and I had very dry skin which I thought was allergy to the tampón or pad but looking closely in the mirror it was a white rash and now these cuts, what is it?

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely yeast infection and dryness. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For such condition i would recommend using ointments containing combination of anti fungal like miconazole anti bacterial like gentamycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water for this. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
