Hello, I have small lump under my armpit for 14 year already. This lump is movable. Recently I have pain on the left breast and this pain goes to armpit, somewhere where is this lump. This pains and sensations are before menopause or....? Thank you Mea

Lump under armpit could be due to infection.
I would advise antibiotic like ciprofloxacin.
After the course of antibiotic if the lump still persist then biopsy has to be done to rule out malignancy.
