Suggest Treatment For Small Painful Bumps On The Penis

I have snall red bumps on my penis head and about a week ago it was itchy directly under the head. I am uncircumsized and my fiance recently had a UTI. We have been together for over 5 years and havent had sexual contact with anyone else (assuming she is telling the truth). From what ive read it sounds like it may be an infection but i was hoping for some insight before going to the dr. I have gotten them in the past and they usually go away pretty quickly but i am curious why this keeps happening. Thanks

Lumps on the penis can have several causes. Many penis lumps are harmless like penile papules , Fordyce spots and Lymphocele and these don't need treatment and subsides over time
sometimes injuries to the penis can also cause small painful swelling on the penile shaft and head ,injuries to the penis can include scratches and Bites, knocks, burns. Sometimes contact with creams and lotions that cause a local allergic reaction can cause painful swelling.
however as u r not circumcised and your partner had an UTI there is high possibility of other medical conditions including an infection and specially a STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease )
it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis

you should Avoid sexual contact until you feel free of pain and bump
also do not apply any creams, lotions or homemade remedies to it , You can Take over the counter pain killer like ibuprofen for relieving pain

finally i would strongly suggest you to see Your dr , he may go for all necessary medical investigations to rule out any underlying medical condition including an STD
