Suggest Treatment For Small Red Bumps All Over The Body

I have red bumps all over my body. They are very itch. It started on my shoulder blades and is now everywhere. Antihistamines and cortisone are not working. My family doctor has done initial bloodwork and it is all clear. She just told me not to scratch and gave me more antihistamines. It has been weeks.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have small red bumps all over the body . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like angiomas , acne , allergic , eczema , psoriasis and scabies . It can also occur due to side effect of some medicine. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to maintain proper hygiene , take antihistamine like bendryl and avoid applying any cosmetics. Drink plenty of water and apply only petroleum jelly . Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order skin test or allergy test along with blood test . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory and corticosteroid ointment .
