Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spot On The Shaft Of Penis

I noticed a small red spot on the shaft of my penis about a week ago. A few days later I noticed another one. The first one I noticed just after having vigorous unprotected sex with my girlfriend. I have been with her exclusively for 2 1/2 yrs and never had this before. They are small and flat and do not itch or cause any pain. I ve had no other symptoms. What could this be?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to Fordyce spots. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. If Fordyce spots then harmless. These are modified sebaceous prominences. For such condition using tretinoin ointment or aloe Vera gel is helpful. Avoid sweaty and greasy environment on genital area as this can stimulate its occurrence. Taking more garlic and antioxidants is also helpful to get rid off this.
