Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Hip

hi, i am an athlete and I have a strained hip flexor and today at therapy they did a heating pad for twenty minutes before they stretched me out. And it has been like four hours since the heating pack was on and I am noticing that I have like a red spots where the heating pad was and what I should do about it? After my work out I did have an ice pack on for 15 minutes.

dear friend
you may just have some very superficial mild burns which may or may not blister and go away on their own.
cold pack or ice pack will relieve if you have any symptoms like burning or pain there , if there are any blisters do not puncture them and if there are any raw exposed areas apply antiseptic cream and leave them alone they will heal in a day or so.
I find this answer helpful
