I have small bruising that occurs only sometimes, I have noticed about 12-15 small round bruises on my arms. within the last year, they show up while I m asleep I think. I am 29 years old Female, I live in Canada, and I am overweight. My feet and ankles have also been swelling.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have small round bruises on arms . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like bruise , skin allergy , friction , injury , nevus , post inflammatory pigmentation or hemangioma . There is nothing to worry about your spot . For proper diagnosis and treatment, it is better to consult dermatologist , who may prescribe anti inflammatory , immunosuppressants or antibiotics like clindamycin . You need to apply good moisturizer three times a day , take anti histamine benadry twice a day , apply cold compresses and do not apply any cosmtic product .
