Suggest Treatment For Small Vessels Vasculities

Hello Doctor, my brother, age 33 is suffering from serious small vessels vasculities in both legs from last 3 years he was treated for small vessels vasculities but nuthing is working out and he taking steroid contain medicines from last 18 months so please sugest a right hospital or doctor any ware in india

Sorry to hear this. In general, small vessel vasculitides are treated medically with steroids, and not with surgery. However, once the flare has come down, he can get imaging like a CT or MRI to look for any blockages in any of the larger arteries to the feet. He can also try nitroglycerin paste to increase blood flow through the small vessels in the feet.
