Suggest Treatment For Smelly Urine And Leakage

For about 4 months my urine smelling terrible (fishy). Thought it was bacterial vaginosis. Finished 2 courses of Flagyl. However, now, I know it s my urine. I m 60 yr, sometimes I have leakage on my panties and after it drys, there is a yellowish sediment. The smell is awful and I m self-conscious of it. My daughter even told me how bad it smells

I am Dr Ali and I am urologist
I have seen your problem in detail.
I in my view it is urinary tract infection I would advice to take plenty of fluids and lemonades. Get your urine tested.
