Suggest Treatment For Sneezing, Runny Nose And Water From Eyes Caused By Allergery

I am suffering fromAllergy problem for the past 30 years. Earlier it was restricted to certain seasons like after rains or spring. But now almost the entire year I suffer. High speed fan, windy weather triggers the sneezing, runny nose and water from eyes. I get up middle of night with pain in my nose and throat which may go away with time. Citrazine or Montek LC work and stops the attack but hangover continues the next day. I am fine for few days and then again the problem starts. With age (57) it is getting worst. What should I do?
