Suggest Treatment For Social Anxiety

Hi doctor. My name is azhar iam 20 years old. I feel nervous when i speak with people infront of every one my heart beat increase and i start shivering like vibrat and my mind goes blank for a while. What kind of problem is this? Can i get treatment for this problem?

hiii dear

it is social phobia
mostly it is depend upon your brought up and environment that have u lived till date

feeling anxious in public is very common

this is because fear of being humiliated or criticized
that affects your performers also

u have to lean cop up skills
exposure therapy is the best

stay there ,, if u feel anxiety than stay there
learn to modify your self
think positive and be confident
this phobia will go when u start facing situations not by avoiding it
learn from you experience
anxiety features are transient ,, not every time present when you facing repeatedly
it will gradually decrease and u become more confident

this is ideal way to learn
certain medicines will help but it is for temporary..
do meditations
exercise
step out in public try to expose your self, face the problems whatever than n than u will learn
get well soon
