hello sir am 34 years old..i have social phobia..i have fobia like driving a bike ..do any work..talking to someones..meet to some one..climb to 2nd or 3rd floor like....go to angry sadness..who see me tell why looking sad ..i vent to some psychiatrist but they given sleeping tabs like lonazep.petril...and some other but its not worked for me...am living at hyderabad please give me a good doctor name and howmany days i use medicine ...last 2 or 3 years i meet to 4to 6 doctors but i cont regular use medicine for my this problem because all doctor given sleeping tabs so i stoped (b4 i told like this dr my sleeping is good dont give me any sleeping because in a day or nithg time i will sleep to-much i chased to problem in my home i have father and mother (they are in oldage) and i have 2years kid) .....you know what i telling ...please give me a solution ...thank you
